These jeans are exactly what I was looking for, the fit is perfect and the free length adjustment made was spot on. You just know these are quality from the moment you start to wear them. Gemma was so informative with a wonderful telephone manner and a professional approach. I have had a Warrior jacket for a number of years now, it has been worn in all weather conditions and it has kept me dry and warm and I am sure it will for many day's to come. Shame in a way as I was considering purchasing the Rida-Tec jacket to match my jeans, plenty of hints to my Wife and with my birthday approaching you never know!!!!! found the site while looking on line for a pair of jeans wasn't quite sure about the size to buy ,so gave them a ring ,they were so helpful the young lady was brilliant ,even putting me through to the manager about shortening the length. they arrived next day even though I didn't order till late morning the day before ,they fit like a glove even on there first ride out the mayday run, so soft and comfortable a perfect jean at a great price , and terrific people

Recently purchased this product on line and they are excellent. Ordered on a Saturday forgot to put in comment box to shorten them but sent an email and this was sorted out brilliantly by Gemma in mail order dept.
The product arrived in less than a week perfectly to size delighted. Tried them out on Sunday very very comfortable thanks very much.

Hi All

Just to say thank you for the wonderful service you gave me when I visited your store.

After ordering some trousers on line I was nt 100 percent happy and decided to visit the store before receiving the order. I changed my mind on the trousers and decided on the matt black leather trousers. I was nt sure about the size but I decided to buy (with your advice) the trousers that I would have thought would be too tight. I have worn these now for a couple of hours and they fit perfectly! If left to my own device I would have bought the larger ones and they would have been miles to big within hours of wearing them.

I am over the moon with them and can t wait to wear them out on the road.
I have bought leathers in the past from elsewhere and never really been happy with them largely because I ve been wrongly advised by the sales person.

Thank you for not just the friendly patient service I received, but also for your experience and expertise in advising me on exactly the right product and size. I will be telling all my friends to visit you even though your based quite a distance from where I live in Burnley. I am sure they ll be asking me where I got them from!!

Oh the fact that you altered the length on site, saved me postage and did nt even charge for the alteration was an added bonus. Excellent and hope you carry on providing your expertise and choice for many years.
