EXCHANGE TIME-FRAME

REFUND TIME-FRAME
If you require a refund (and the sale price is no more than 50% reduced), please ensure you have the item(s) back with us within 14 working days of you receiving it.
To qualify for a full refund (not including delivery charges), the item(s) must be received back in completely unworn condition with labels and tags still attached.
If we receive your item(s) back outside of the 14 working day time-frame, we will issue you with a credit note. Post Office strikes notwithstanding.
Any item that is 50%+ reduced in price is non-returnable and non-refundable.
