As it becomes increasingly clear that everyone needs to be isolated as much as possible, we have decided that it would be irresponsible of us to keep our doors open for the time being both for our customer's safety and our staff.
The safest place at the moment may just be on your bike, alone (with all our gear on, of course)!
From Monday 23rd March, we will be closed to customers coming in.
Our mail order department will continue but with a slightly slower service. Rather than next day delivery, we’d appreciate your patience while your orders may take an extra day or two to arrive. Exchanges may also take a little longer to complete. If you add a mobile number to your order, you should receive a text from the courier to give you an idea of delivery day.
REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS
Our machinists will be at home for as long as is necessary so we don’t recommend sending your repairs and alterations to us at this time. This will also help take the pressure off the postal service.

If you have a general enquiry, the best way to get in touch is to email email@example.com as phone calls may be missed but we will try our best to keep the phone line going - 024 7646 6296. Please bear with us. Messages can be left on the answer phone and someone will get back to you.
If you have a mail order enquiry, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. These emails will be answered on Mondays and Thursdays only.
You also have the option of using the messaging service found as a pop up on the website.
The sooner we all adhere to strict social distancing guidelines, the sooner we’ll be able to get back to normal. Not to mention it will help to protect the staff that can’t stay home.
